Privacy

The short version

• No tracking. We don't use analytics, ad pixels or tracking cookies, and we don't run ads.
• No accounts. You can browse the whole directory without signing up or telling us anything.
• Nothing from kids. BrainyArcade never asks children for personal information.

Forms we embed

Submit a game: our submit form is hosted by Tally. Whatever you type there (like your game link and email) goes to Tally and to us, and we use it only to review your game and reply to you.

Newsletter: the signup box is hosted by Beehiiv and is meant for grown-ups only. We use your email only to send the newsletter, and every issue has an unsubscribe link.

These embedded forms load from Tally's and Beehiiv's servers, so those services may see basic technical info like your IP address, under their own privacy policies.

Games on other sites

Every game opens on its maker's own website in a new tab, and we don't embed games. Those sites have their own privacy practices, so grown-ups should take a quick look before handing a game to a young child.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs to keep the site secure and running.
